We have (or can pay for) spaces in events where people fundraise for us (see below).
Please click here https://www.justrunning.com/ then;
If you agree to the fundraising target, we will approve your place and contact you to arrange for your running top to be sent to you. Alternatively, you can pay for your own space and set your own fundraising target.
We would love you to raise money for us and so if you already have a space at an event, but would like to raise money for us, please get in touch so that we can help and support you. Please email us at [email protected]
For online donations you can use our JustGiving page.
Alternatively, if you collect cash and cheques, you can print off our sponsorship form and follow the paying-in methods outlined on the form. Please always ask people to tick the ‘Gift Aid’ box. By doing this, we can claim 25p from the Government for every £1 donated, which really add up and helps increase what we can receive.

Fundraising Ideas
Fundraising can be a fun and engaging way to bring people and communities together. At the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity, we want you to enjoy fundraising for us and to ensure that you do it safely.
Here are some fun fundraising activities for you to consider
Payroll Giving (sometimes known as Give as You Earn)
Payroll Giving is an easy and tax-efficient way for you to make regular donations to your favourite charities direct from your salary.
Check whether your employer already has a Payroll Giving scheme. If it has, you will be able to sign up and start donating. Each payday, your donation will be taken directly out of your gross salary by your payroll department.
The donation will be taken after National Insurance is deducted, but before tax. This means that your donation will cost you up to 45% less through the tax break.
Donations are then sent from your organisation to a Payroll Giving Agency (PGA). The PGA will handle the transfer of the funds to the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity.
Monthly donation amount | Cost to 20% taxpayer | Cost to 40% taxpayer | Cost to 45% taxpayer |
£10 | £8 | £6 | £5.50 |
£25 | £20 | £15 | £13.75 |
£50 | £40 | £30 | £27.50 |
Making a difference
You and your colleagues can feel proud knowing they are making regular donations from their salary that will benefit others
Effortless giving
No bank transfers involved. This is an easy and secure way to regularly support your favourite charities.
Open to all
It is inclusive; anyone can get involved and you can choose to give as much or as little as you like.
Boosts team morale
As an employer, having Payroll Giving in place shows that an organisation cares about ‘giving back’, which can help to enhance staff morale and attract new talent.
Flexible giving
You are able to amend your donation whenever you want, simply by contacting your payroll team.
