“My teachers realised when I was 6 years old that I had ADHD and dyslexia. My parents were lucky enough to be in a position to give me the care and support that I need. Recently I attended an amazing presentation by the ADHD Foundation at work and I thought about how I I was incredibly privileged to have people around me that had the knowledge and ability to help me.
I would like to give something back so that more people can get the help they need and to help people learn more about ADHD.
Please support my efforts to raise funds for the ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity by sponsoring me to run the Manchester Marathon on the 9th October 2022.
Thanks for your support.”
